I acknowledge that Dr Jenna Therapy PLLC does not accept insurance. The first 30-minute phone consultation is free. I understand that ongoing sessions are $200. I am prepared to submit payment at the time of service.

I will email you when I return from leave. There is not an order or a queue I keep track of; openings are filled on a first come first serve basis.

Submitting to be on the interest list does not make you a client of Dr Jenna Therapy nor guarantee you will become a client of Dr Jenna Therapy.
